1. Services
Here at Taskistry provide a variety of digital services, including but not limited to Graphic Design, Web Design, Web Development (Back end and front end) Video and Photo editing, copywriting, and angel investing. All services will be performed based on the specifications provided by you at the time of purchase or later down the line before the finished product. Example: 1 week of working on a project if you wish to change a feature before the finished product you will not be charged, Anything after will result in a fee depending on the change. We do not offer exact prices. You quote us.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made upfront and in full before any work commences unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We offer payment plans for our services upon client request. Clients opting for a payment plan must sign a contract agreeing to the payment terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to the payment plan may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your project.
- You agree to respond to our requests for additional information in a timely manner to facilitate project completion. Please note that any requested changes after finished product will incur additional charges, which will be determined based on the severity and complexity of the modifications.
4. Revisions
- We aim to deliver high-quality work and welcome your feedback.
- If a project does not meet your expectations due to an oversight on our part, we will rectify the issue at no additional charge; however, you agree not to pursue any legal claims against us regarding such issues.
- Requests for revisions must be made within 24 hours after the delivery of the final product.
5. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for excellence, you agree that Taskistry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the work performed belong to Taskistry until payment is received in full. Upon payment, rights to the completed work will be transferred to you.
- We retain the right to showcase work done for you as part of our portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
